Simon Ehrenfeld MBA MMR - Executive Chairman

Simon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eftel Limited (formerly Datafast Telecommunications Limited) from 2000-2009, during which time the company grew to become a Top 10 National Internet Provider with Australia's 6th largest broadband network.

Simon holds a Master of Business Administration degree with 5 Dux awards from the University of Western Australia, as well as a Masters in Management Research. He is a former State President and Honorary Life Member of the Young Liberal Movement of Australia. He has served as Managing Director of various ISPs in the Eftel group for 12 years.

John Lane - Chief Executive Officer

John has 20 years experience in sales and IT, including co-founding multimedia and Internet business Hotmix Group, and taking Internet directory aussie.com.au public in 1999. He has been with Eftel for 7 years, and has negotiated numerous ISP acquisitions.

John has previously served as General Manager and National Sales Manager of Eftel.

Jeremy Cousins - Non Executive Director

Jeremy has 20 years commercial experience in a number of roles, including 9 years in the Internet and telecommunications industry. Prior to becoming a non-executive director, he served as Eftel's Commercial Relations Manager.

Paul Stevenage ASA - Non Executive Director

Paul is a National Finance Manager at Woolworths Ltd, one of Australia's largest companies. He has previously served in senior roles at other major Australian companies, including Boral Ltd, Mayne Nickless and BGC. Paul is a former Lions Youth of the Year, Commonwealth of Nations Youth of the Year, and Murdoch University Guild President. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has served as a director for 5 years.

John Raftis CPA ACIS - Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary

John holds a Bachelor of Business degree, and completed his CPA with one of the highest rankings in Australia. He is a Chartered Secretary and holds a Dux Award in Corporate Governance.

John has 18 years of industry-based accounting experience and has served ISPs within the group for 8 years.
