Stephe Wilks - Non Executive Chairman

Stephe brings with him a wealth of experience in publicly listed companies, particularly those in a high growth phase. That experience was built on his previous commercial roles at senior executive level in the telecommunications sector, together with an extensive professional background as a company lawyer and corporate adviser.

Scott Stavretis - Chief Executive Officer

Scott has played a pivotal role in Dodo's phenomenal growth into Australia's largest private telecommunications group. He was also responsible for forming related entities including Dodo Power & Gas and ClubTelco.

Simon Ehrenfeld MBA MMR - Non Executive Director

Simon served as the CEO of Eftel Limited (formerly Datafast Telecommunications Ltd) from 2002-2010, during which time the company grew to become a Top 10 National Internet Provider with one of Australia’s largest broadband networks. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with 5 Dux awards from the University of Western Australia, as well as a Masters in Management Research.

Simon is a former State President and Honorary Life Member of the Young Liberal Movement of Australia. He has served as Managing Director of various ISPs in the Eftel group for 13 years and as Executive Chairman since March 2009. Simon is a member of the remuneration committee.

Ilario Faenza - Non Executive Director

Mr Faenza has over 20 years experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry. In addition to executive roles in the sector, he has worked on several mergers and acquisitions of companies focussed on this market. He was instrumental in the recent sale of People Telecom Limited to M2 Limited, a transaction which led to substantial uplift in value for the shareholders of both companies.

Larry Kestelman - Non Executive Director

Larry is currently a Director of Dodo Australia, Dodo Power and Gas, Bet247, Infinite Rewards, Shangri-la Constructions and Acquire Asia Pacific. Larry brings to the board his well-recognised marketing skills with his proven track record of building national brands that dominate in achieving organic sales.

Paul Stevenage ASA - Non Executive Director

Paul is a National Finance Manager at Woolworths Ltd, one of Australia’s largest companies. He has previously served in senior roles at other major Australian companies, including Boral Ltd, Mayne Nickless and BGC. Paul is a former Lions Youth of the Year, Commonwealth of Nations Youth of the Year, and Murdoch University Guild President. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has served as a director for 7 years.

John Raftis CPA ACIS - Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary

John holds a Bachelor of Business degree, and completed his CPA with one of the highest rankings in Australia. He is also a Chartered Secretary and holds a Dux Award in Corporate Governance.

John has 20 years of industry-based accounting experience. John is the Chief Financial Officer and has been with ISPs in the group for 10 years. John also serves as secretary to the audit committee.
