A connection fee of $9 applies to the above plans. The dialup and ISDN monthly fee ‘with Speak’ shown above includes a discount of $5.00 for all the above services, except dialup premium, which includes a discount of $8.00. You must have at least one Speak telephone service for each dialup service on which you wish to claim the discount. If you pre-select another supplier for your telephone service, the discount will no longer apply. Speak voice service bundled with any of these services is not eligible for included calls discount. Monthly fees are for accounts paid using our convenient autopayment service. The monthly price includes a $3.00 per month discount for using Eftel's convenient auto-payment service which will automatically debit your bank account or credit card each month on the due date. You must pay your bill via the auto-payment method to receive this discount.

At the end of the expiry term the value of any unused hours are rolled forward onto your new plan if you renew within 14 days.
