These details are for a Type 1 phone service. What type of service do I have?

3-Way Chat allows you to have a telephone conversation with two callers at the same time.

Notes

• The third person in the 3-Way Chat can be a caller who has come through via Call Waiting
• When participating in a 3-Way conversation, the Call Waiting feature will not function
• Call Forward Immediate and / or Call Forward Busy will continue to function if they have been activated

Instructions

To place the current caller on hold and dial a new number

• Recall
• Wait for dial tone
• Phone number
• Wait for answer

To switch on the 3-Way Chat feature (Once you are talking to one caller and have another caller on hold)

• Wait for dial tone

To divide a 3-Way Chat (this will place one call on hold)

• Recall
• Wait for dial tone

To swap between calls (this will place the current caller on hold)

To end the current call and go back to the call on hold
