Call Forward

These details are for a Type 1 phone service. What type of service do I have?

The Call Forward feature allows you to redirect calls that come through to your home phone onto a preferred alternative number, such as your mobile. Certain conditions must be met and there are 3 basic versions available:

Call Forward No Answer - Incoming calls can be forwarded to a specific number if they are left unanswered for a selected period of time.
Call Forward Busy - Incoming calls can be forwarded to a specific number when you are using the phone.
Call Forward Immediate - Incoming calls are immediately forwarded to a specific number.

Notes

For the Call forward No Answer feature, you may select a time between 5 and 60 seconds at which you deem calls to be 'unanswered'. Before you set this, the default time is 20 seconds.
Calls may not be forwarded to particular numbers such as international numbers and emergency services numbers.
With the exception of Selective Call Forwarding, Call Forward Immediate surpasses all other features.
