Telephone PIN

These details are for a Type 1 phone service. What type of service do I have?

A PIN number is necessary for using some of the add-on features on Speak phone services. The following services require the use of a PIN:

• Call Barring
• Timed Call Forwarding
• Selective Call Forwarding
• Unique Ring
• Voicemail

When you select one of the above features you will receive a temporary PIN, which is the last six digits of your telephone number. It is best to change this PIN as soon as possible. You may change your PIN to any six digits of your choice at any time, through the associated feature.
