With Eftel Voicemail, you can record a personal answering message which encourages callers to leave a message when you are unable to take calls. You can listen to your messages at any time.
This service requires your telephone PIN.

Setup
When you access your Voicemail for the first time, clear directions will tell you how to record your answering message. You will be required to use your PIN in this process. If you have not yet created a PIN number, your default PIN is the last six digits of your phone number. We strongly suggest you change your default PIN after establishing the Voicemail feature.

To listen to Voicemail messages
Messages will play automatically. While a message is playing, you can:

To switch on the function to hear the phone number of callers who have hung-up
'Hang-up messages' are created when a caller terminates the call immediately after listening to your personal answering message. The message will inform you of the number (excluding numbers that have activated the silent number or blocked calling number display features). This function can be switched on from the main menu via the following instructions.

To alter the number of rings before voicemail picks up a call
By default, the Voicemail feature picks up a call that has been unanswered for 20 seconds. You may select a time between 5 and 60 seconds.
